Architecture and Interior of a 30 m² Modular Residential Unit

The interior is designed for a compact 30 m² weekend modular home. The spatial organization is tailored for short-term stays outside the city, focusing on functionality and visual interaction with the surrounding landscape.

The layout is divided into two levels. The ground floor combines the kitchen, living area, and bathroom, ensuring efficient use of space. The upper level serves as a private zone — intended for rest, sleep, and personal activities.

Terraces on both sides of the house extend the living space into the outdoors, enhancing the sense of volume and connection with the environment. The central part of the house features a double-height space, which increases natural light and creates a vertical perspective within the compact volume.

The house's form is accentuated by an asymmetrical roof rotated 45 degrees, creating an expressive interior geometry and a variety of light-and-shadow scenarios. Panoramic glazing on two facades ensures visual openness and a direct connection to the surrounding landscape.
